| Our moose pottery bears a silhouette of a Maine bull moose from the side. We incorporate functionality into our moose pottery by making it microwave and dishwasher safe. Every item of moose pottery is hand painted with a wax resist and every pot is hand thrown on the wheel. Why moose pottery? Well ...
After almost hitting a bull moose on our mountain bikes about nine miles in the backcountry of the western mountains of Maine, we decided that as a thank-you for his abrupt turn and exit from the trail, Mr. Bull Moose would get his own line of pottery. So we left the woods uninjured and he, our friend the velvety antlered moose, is receiving the fame he deserves. Enjoy our pottery gallery! |
